Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to help grow our custom apparel division. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, sports teams, golf courses, schools, and organizations that need branded apparel and merchandise.
This is a commission-only position with no earnings cap, meaning the more you sell, the more you earn.
Location options: • Remote / Flexible • In-Office at our showroom in Galena, IL
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your network and local communities
Connect with businesses, sports teams, schools, golf courses, and organizations that need custom apparel
Promote AMB Ambition’s custom apparel services including:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Work with our internal team to create quotes and proposals for clients
Attend local networking events, business events, and community functions
Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and driven to grow sales
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Sales experience preferred but not required
Interest in apparel, branding, or marketing is a plus
